In reeal situations, we talk to people face to face except when we use a telephone. This means that we get responses from the hearer verbally as well as gersturally. For example, we get "네, 그랬군요", or eyeccontact. In addition, we talk to each other to communicate, which means we feel it's necessary to talk about something. Now, you don't have any of these things when you take the TSE. Your are talking to a machine, and you don't get any feedback (e.g. smile or any comment). On top of that, you aretaking a test, which not surprisingly is making you nervous and self-conscious, which doesn't happen when you talk to other people. The combined effect of all of these is that you end up speaking english a lot worse than you would do if you talk to people. Therefore, whatever score you get, probablly it will reflect how your English will be in the worst situation.
