I live in Canada and we also feel the effect of depression. But our future is very bright. Glass Cealing is only for those who wear glasses ( :) ) There might be some cealing that we can't go thru. But if we work hard, there is nothing impossible. Our cultural background is not our weak point. Instead, this will enhance new way of thinking. I am thinking very differently from white folks. I consider this my advantage. The creativity comes from the diffenent point ov view. The motivation is the most imporatnt factor determinging our success. If we aim higher, we will achive something. Now we are in the journy of illusion and darkness. Good luck to everybody. The time is ticking and our life is short. We have to much thing jto do. |
