I'm looking for a grad student to do experimental work with me on optical and tactile diagnosis of bio-medical systems with emphasis on understanding the physics of the systems. I have grants to work on a range of projects, including glaucoma, prostate cancer and diabetes. I have a joint appointment in the Physics and the Bio-medical Engineering Departments at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. NJIT is located in Newark, 17 minutes from New York City by train.
