First, one thing I forgot to mention previously. You must say something after you hear an instruction when you take the test. Sometimes people say nothing when they do not understand the instruction or when they are not sure what to say. Then they do not get any points. On the other hand,even if you do not understand the instruction clearly or do not know exactly what you are supposed to say, if you say something in English, you will get some points on your English. Remember! The test is about your English, not on the content oof what you say. Of course, you'll lose some points if your answer is not relevant to the instruction, but still it's better than no points. One more thing.
