I'm considering L-1(intra-company transfer), TN-1 (for professional), H1B(temporary work permit). L-1 and Tn-1 seems quite easy but I'd like to know how "eary" it really is. Just walk through the border w/ proper documentation w/ processing fee and voila? or do the border patrol (arrogant ba*tards) give you hard time? H1B seems awfully annoying and long process. I prefer to have little to do w/ INS process. I'm currently exploring my options for next year. If any insights you can give would be greatly appreciated. |
