Could someone actually write down the name of the "impolite and unprofessional" clerk, date and time, and e-mail me? I'll file a formal complaint with Foreign Affairs Canada. (once again...) Ambassy is suppose to represent Canada in foreign country, and they are probably the first contact a foreigner entering Canada have and such unfriendly conduct is not acceptable to me and the rest of the Canadians. I was in Seoul, just last year, and I wasn't too pleased with the service I got. I was getting no where with the young girl at the front desk with Korean. I got fed up, so I said, I need someone who speaks English and flahsed my Canadian passport. After few minutes of waiting, I now was able to talk to another Korean lady, who was older and seemed to have major attitude problem. This lady was even worse than the young girl in the front desk. I was now getting fed up. This is when I just said, "Parlez vu Francais?" That's when I got a Canadian lady come out to talk to me. She greeted me with a smile like an actual civil servant that I am so used to in Canada. |
