I'm using English because I cannot use Korean for some reason now. This message is for somebody who want to study at purdue Univ. at West Lafayette as a Ph.D or MS student at ME dept. with scholarship. I'm one of the Ph.D student graduated from Yonsei Univ. of course. If you have a great skill on DB, JAVA(esp. servlet) and Programming..etc, with proper(not bad) grades, you can be admitted as early as next spring semester. You won't need any good scores on GRE or TOFEL if your resume(skill) is good enough.
