X^X^X^X....=2 assuming the convergence, let A=X^X^X^X..... take log twice on both sides. A * logX = log 2. but A= 2. hence log X = log 2/2 if we take base 2 log, X = sqrt(2). the result seems strange... is it possible? hmmm... let me try some MATLAB simulation. hehe.. >> sqrt(2) ans = 1.4142 >> ans^ans^ans^ans^ans ans = 4.0000 MAN!!!! there is NO solution to this problem. My bet is there is no solution to Chopin's problem as well. iLUSiON whitepolarcow@hotmail.com |
