In sixties, this symbol was extensively used by anti-Vietnamese War activists and called in its current term, I mean, peace symbol. However, arduous worker with cristianity background found that this symbol was not new to the mankind. This symbol, in fact, was once called "Cross of Nero". Here is a quatition about its satanic meaning: "The modern peace symbol is, in fact, a satanic symbol called the "Cross Of Nero" (Nero was a Roman emporer who was infamous for his ruthless persecution and murder of Christians). The symbol is an inverted, broken Christian cross in a circle and is supposed to signify the defeat of Christianity (see Bob Larson's book, Satanism, p.109). This represents how peace in the modern world is a false, antichristian peace." I am sure that there might be a controversy over how it should be taken. But, to my dissappointment, I have heard that there are already many people who are willing to use this symbol to despise the holy Lord.
