Sorry for the english but I feel proud of myself that I was able to continue the eating less diet to live long for three months. I wanted to share that. I find myself munching on celery and carrots with hummas. Eating Fiber One (cereal with enhanced fiber). Minimize eating fats (oil, butter, meat with marbles, etc). These are the things I did. Nothing else. A couple more kgs to loose before reaching my plateau and I look forward to that. I don't feel hunger as much as before. I don't have much craving (I once wrote about my cravings for chocolates and candies). Cheesecake was not that tasty although it looked wonderful. I see cooking shows and enjoy their presentations but I don't feel like to eat their foods. Well, I guess I'm changing my world toward living long and healthy. I wish I can find a decent job to continue to live mentally healthy and long, though. Eating 25% less allow me to loose 7kg so far in three months. I was warned today not to loose that quickly and was told to eat more. Before I start the program, I didn't know how fat I was. I hope I never get back there again. According to the study, eathing 25% less will lead 15% weight loss in a year. I was greedy that I was eating 30-35% less than I normally eat before, mostly junk foods at night. Try to skip alcohols and snacks. Loosing weights may not be difficult than you think. However, it's quite unfair that there are people who want to put more weight. I hope your new year's resolutions continue to work. |
