This trend will not continue and soon I'll reach the plateau, but it's easy to loose weight this way. You don't have to do anything except eating less. There are moments you feel really hungry but it could be just a craving not a real hunger. It could be just a thirst. Dring water, tea, etc. If you avoid sugar and fat rich food, you won't feel hunger that often. I can do so can you, if you plan for loosing weights a bit. |
