In my casI received a certificate of elligilibity.If you have the certifiacate of elligibility, you can get visa within 3 days in japan ammmaday which is placed in AnKuk-Dong . So, if you want to get a visa, then first receive your certifiacate of elligibiity. That is all. ! Bye! In addition, if you are a student of KAIST, then if not have the certificate, you can not go abroad because of lack of certifiacation And if you want to get the certifiacate, you have to ask your professor or boss in japan.
