This means that if the weather at the begining of March is terrible, the weather at the end of March will be warm and sunny. ..But sometimes the reverse is true. We have warm weather at first, and then we have terrible weather at the end. One thing is certain, even though. The weather in March is unpredictable!! ..We may have more cold and more ice before spring is finally here!! But at least we know that "Spring is just around the corner." ..I hate cold..BEAT IT!!!
