In short, the building ought to be demolished. It must have been broken up in 1945 when the Korea's independance was restred. The reason was that pro-Japan figures took socio-political power instead of those who devoted themselves to the independence of Korea. And the offsprings of the "Chin-il-pa" have been thriving in our society. Because of their origin, they can not have courage or patriotism to raze the building.
