Oe Kenzaburo, a Japanese writer, won this year's Nobel Literature Prize. He is regarded as an "intellectual" writer in Japan. Among his are: _Silent City_, _Hiroshima Notes_, _Fire from the Ashes_, _A personal Matter_, _The Pinchi runner memorandum_, etc. He's been writing recently several articles on the _Bungei Shunju_ (i.e. Mun- ye-chun-chu). Personally, I think Bak Gyeong-ri (_To-ji_) is superior to him. But, well, it's all depends on the taste of each individuals.
