Well, just letting you know that I do read Korean Poetry too, not that I can critique it as well as Tivor can critique American movies, but here is one that I read concerning Anti-"waygook" feeling from Korean people: SOUL - SELLERS Eighty percent servility and the rest is gall. From the times of fathers, grandfathers, Great-grandfathers, great-great-grandfathers, North, south, east, west, You kowtowed, bowed, beseeched on your knees, Gold, silver, ginseng, pineseeds, tigerskins, virgins, What's more, blood and sweat, What's more, vocal cords, Even your kin, ancestors, and brothers, You sold them to Chinks, Japs, Russkies, Big-noses,... Lackeys, but among your own ferocious as wild beasts, Biting and killing one another, wiped out by exhaustion. Damn it, damn it! In a land of beautiful sky and earth, Who knows why you persist in Spewing out your soul and gall, "Korea in the world," "First-class backward nation."
