Second thing: If you have no idea how to write a book report, I recommend you learn how to read first. (I'm serious about this.) When I say "I recommend you learn how to..." I mean to suggest you read the book "How to Read" by Adler & Van Doren. Once you're clear on what you want from that book, only then you should be able to comment on the book. (or report on it.) Once you have your perspective to look at the content of the book, only then you can compare the content of the book with your standard, and compare the difference (out of which comes the book report.) |
