Population growth in Europe (Western) has been steadily decreasing and some have negative growth rate. As an incentive, many gov't are giving tax-break to those who raise 2 or more children. In case of Canada, the province of Quebec has been experiencing negative growth rate. They're accepting more immigrants than the rest of the other provinces, and on top of that, they are giving lots of tax credits to those who have more than 1 kids. |
