That new black hole behaves itself just as any other black hole with the same amount of mass, charge, and rotation, regardless of how it was formed. A black hole does not show evidence of how it was formed (but in some cases its surroundings do). If two black holes get very close together then they'll emit strong gravity waves, which we may be able to detect in the near future.
