Now, I'm going to explain my computer's situation. 1. My floppy driver is connected correctly. 2. My floppy disket has been formatted correctly and works fine on other machine. 3. All other drivers work fine. C: and the CD rom Now, problems. My floppy driver doesn't do anything when I click on it on Win95. (It doesn't make any noise and the reading/writing light doesn't even get lit) In dos, when I type 'a:' on the command prompt, same thing happens. No sound of reading or writing. The light on the floppy driver doesn't get lit Questions 1. Should I check on FAT and PARTITION TABLE? (I thought FAT and PARTITION are something on the diskette. My problem seems to be related to the driver. Not the diskette) 2. If it's not FAT or PARTITION problem? What can it be? Note Once, I pressed a lot of keys when my computer started booting. Somehow, my floppy disk drive came to life then. It worked fine. But when I rebooted, the problem occurred again. :( So, I think the driver is not burned or disfunctional itself. I think problem is, rather, that the operating system just cannot recognize my floppy driver. Thank you. You can write responses in either HANGUL or ENGLISH.
