Did Kevin and Winnie have sex in the barn in the last episode? you pervert! :-) just kidding...I don't know. No one knows!!! Believe what you want to believe...everyone has their own opinions (yeah, I got arrested and the judge ordered that I do public service announcements on my web page...) 5. Why didn't Kevin and Winnie get married!?! there are a lot of questions without answers! There are many contributive reasons...I mean, number one: Winnie always had a problem with comittment, maybe rooting back to the death of her brother (thanks to dbq for his armchair analysis). Also, Winnie left Kevin for eight years to study Art History in Paris and like many of us know, long distance relationships don't work. I mean, look at the quote from episode 57, "now that me and Winnie were going to different schools, we had one little problem - basic communication". They lived a few miles away and they broke up. And remember in episode 46 "Moving" when Winnie tells Kevin they have to break up because she's moving away? Well, I'm sure she never planned to go as far as the distance between Anywhere, USA and Paris!!! And besides, isn't it a little more realistic that they don't end up together? I mean, a lot of times in life things don't turn out the way we want them to or hope they do. 6. What was up with that last scene in episode 115? All those years of wonder conclude in a mere two minutes? well, the Wonder Years producers didn't know what would happen to the show - if ABC would cancel it's contract or if they would get another season. Despite that, they had to shoot a season finale. When they were very close to finishing it, they found out they were, in fact, not getting another season. So they had to use the last few minutes they had left to close out the show forever. Yeah, I know...bummer... 9.
