My major is philosophy of science, but I would like to change my major to science and technology policy. It is one of politics and its concern field is only for science and tehnology. Technology transfer and fund distribution are of main issue of that. I'm not sure if which univ.`s program is good or not, I will be able to enter a univ. on winter semester, Jan. And I also would like to know of application procedure, especially when is fine to me, provided I will be able to be an attendence student on next Januar, and when the results of admittion is comming to me.
