If you are not, you can change your visa status easily and also apply for permanent residendy with H visa. If you are, you have to get a waiver from Korean and US government. Recently it's said that you can get it from Korean government without difficulties, because of IMF. Therefore, it's not impossible to change it. Rather, it becomes easier. If your goal is to get PR, you better check EB class application for PR rather than Labor Certifacate Approval with H visa.. Hope this will be any help to you. |
