But, some kind of 'quota' may considered for every school( or every unit area) in USA or other countries by The Founation so if there was no empty space in that 'qouta' for some school, it may be impossible to apply that school. In that case, you may be required to 'transfer' the institute which is possible (means some 'quota' for the schplarship remains..) If you don't like to go to the school the Rotary Foundation firstly assigned or some other situation happens so you can't go that school, you CAN requre 'transfer of institute' to the Foundation. But, also in this time, you must check the school you want to change is "possible" for the Rotary Scholarship. Afer tranferring is checked to be possible, you may submit the copy of official letter of admission from that school(one which you want to change) with application form of transfer. For more detail thing, please ask to the Rotary Foundation. If you are chosen for the Rotary Scholarship, you'll have the instructer of your own. Good luck!!
