If my memory serves me correctly, there is a clinic specially designed for foreigners at Severance(?spell) Hospital at Yonsei University. If you can prove that you got all the necessary immunizations up to date, they will issue such a record. Of course, it's almost impossible to prove them all. However, if you explain situation to th e best of your knowledge when you talk to one of the nurses there, they will issue something for you with reasonable doubt. They may ask you to get some shots, though. You'd better be ready for that. :) Good luck. |
