We have been diligently pushing your file through the process and all that is preventing an official acceptance is a bureaucratic requirement that a I-20 form be completed. From the information that we in the office have right now, this form(which proves to the govt that the prospective international student has the financial resources to finish their degree) cannot be completed until this upcoming Summer quarter. Upon this upcoming Monday March 30 we should know more and be able to make a final assessment. To sump up you have been accepted in to the program pending the finalization of this form. I know that this seems arbitrary and we dearly appreciate your patience.
