The strategy I recommend you is TO APPLY EARLY. If you're planning to apply for '99 fall term, apply as early as '98 July or August. You will probably get admissions(or rejections) till the end of '98 and also the chance of admission will increase. For example, my friend whose GPA is 3.3/4.5, got an admission from U.Wisc(EECS) and many others last NOV/DEC. He sent applications in about August. Keep that in mind guys. |
