I have a friend who graduated from our school and went to the canada for his graduate study also received NSERC Scholarship.. He was not bright. Actually he was a average student. Also he only ranked top 15% on his GRE test.. Of course it is a great honor to receive any scholarships, but as he told me,that scholarship requirements are not tough as any others..
