I am a Korean student and I haven't finished military service. I am working in a company as a part time and I have 2 and 1/2 years till I will have to go for military service. Company I am working for is willing to help me getting a green card. But I wonder 2year and 4 months (Which is the all the time I have) is enough for green card. Someone told me that it takes 1 and 1/2 years and someone says It takes 2 and 1/2 years. And I am also worried cause some told me that there can be a problem when I will come back to this country in case I fail in getting a green card. My friend recommended this place to post this kind of question. Please help me about this matter.
