| [ military ] in KIDS 글 쓴 이(By): agasi (단물총각) 날 짜 (Date): 1999년 1월 4일 월요일 오후 12시 35분 34초 제 목(Title): 닭대가리 중국해군..^^;; 99년 새해가 밝았군요...다들 새해 복 많이 받으시구요.. 올해도 즐겁고 유용한 정보가 많이 올라오는 게시판을 만들어 봅시다. ^^ 어제 sci.military.naval에 갔더니 재미있는 글이 있더군요.... 잠수함은 아무나 운용하는게 아니며..타국의 장비를 들여오는게 얼마나 힘들고 노력이 많이 필요한지를 보여주는 단적인 예를 중국이 보여주고 있네요. 중국은 이번에 kilo-636형 두척을 구입하였고...현재 핀란드에서 중국으로 가기만 기다리고 있다고 합니다. 문제는 이전에 구입했던 kilo-877형입니다. 중국은 돈 좀 아껴볼려고...승무원들을 러시아에 보내 훈련시키는 과정을 생략했으며..따라서, 잠수함의 보수/유지를 위한 요원과 장비가 없는 실정이었 다고 합니다.중국 해군은 잠수함을 구입한후..문제가 생기든 말든..기냥 바다에 내보내서 운용했고..지금은 심각한 문제가 생겨 바다에 나갈수 조차 없다고 하네요.. 혹자의 말로 main propulsion pump를 새걸로 갈아야 하는데..이럴려면 선체를 뜯어내야하고.이를 위한 장비는 중국에 없으므로...잠수함을 통채로 러시아에 보내야말할 처지라고 하네요...쯧쯧... 먼저 구입한 kilo-636형도 현재 바다에 나간적은 한번도 없으며...kilo-877때와 마찬가지로 이번에도 보수/유지를 위한 승무원 교육은 없는듯 합니다. 따라서, 새로 구입하는 kilo-636도 바다에 나갈수 있을지는 모르겠네요...허 참... 이런 사례에서도 볼수 있듯이..만약에..우리가 고클랜드나 콜린즈같은 다른 종류의 잠수함을 구입할경우...이를 위한 정비요원, 승무원을 위한 훈련을 다시 실시해야 겠군요..U212라면..U209와는 그렇게까지 다르진 않을것 같은데요...잘 고려해 봐야 할것 같습니다. 다음이 sci-military.naval에서 찾은 정보입니다. Grey Satterfield "MOSCOW, December 29 (Itar-Tass) - The second Russian diesel- electric submarine of the 636 project (Kilo in the NATO classification) has been shipped from St. Petersburg to China. "The sub is now in Finland to be loaded onto a vessel and delivered to the client. The first submarine of the project was brought to China late last year, a defense industry representative told Itar-Tass on Tuesday. "The low-noise submarine was designed by the Rubin bureau and made by the Admiralty Docks enterprise of St. Petersburg. It is an advanced example of the famed 877 project that is nicknamed by the West as "a black hole in the ocean. "The 877 project is over and the Admiralty Docks has only one submarine of the series left. That will be shipped to India. "Russia has exported 18 submarines of the 877 project abroad, including nine subs to India, three subs to Iran, two subs to Algeria, one to Poland, one to Romania and two to China, the source said. China is the first buyer of submarines of the 636 project. It has ordered two submarines of the sort". ------------- The way the Chinese run them, not very. The pair of older Type 877s are reportedly out of service, and the one Type 636 they already have has not been reported at sea since it was delivered. The problem seems to lie in the Chinese training and maintenance programs, or rather the lack thereof. China apparently tried to save some money and decided not to send the crews to Russia for training, meaning that they have only limited experience with the systems. Also, the Chinese preventative maintenance program appears to be non-existent; they are basically waiting for things to fail before they do anything about them. As a result, at least one and possibly both of the Type 877s need new main propulsion motors.
