Lorraine 과 Corwin 은 비슷한 사람들이다. 현실의 너머를 응시하게 되면 냉소는 필연적인 것이다. 미래는 결정되어 있고, 그나마 할 수 있는 것은 단지 연인의 잔해를 끌어안고 양지 바른 곳에 고이 묻어주는 것 뿐이니까. 죽음이 올 것을 알아도 피하지 않는 용기는 그 외엔 달리 갈 곳이 없다는 사실을 알고 있기 때문이지만. 그래도 Lorraine 의 종말은 외롭진 않았다.
