Though it may be bit pointless at this stage, your college should have put you - 1st yr foreign student - within the college main site. At any rate, it will take quite a while for the parcels to arrive at your college by shipping. So i guess that, by that time, you will be more or less settled down and be able to find someone - at least, one of the KOreans here - to help you. When it comes to clothes, if i were you, i would rather bring the clothes with me, not by shipping - perhaps a minor point. It may be bulky but not heavy and, once you arrive at cambridge bus station, a taxi driver will take care of all the luggages. If your accommodation is owned by your college - people here call it college hostel -, then perhaps you may need to head for the college at first to collect your keys from Porter's Lodge - kinda reception desk of a college.
