Oh, man. you sound just like old American automobile companies. when I buy a sports car, it'd better be designed with noble philosophy. Unlike NSX, Viper's engine was designed for the use in TRUCKS. Along the line, however, it made its way into Viper. the same engine can be found in Dodge Ram truck series. by the way, what is so great about a car without any technological advancement? It seems to me that almost any car co. can make 400 hp out of 8.0 liter. It's only 20 hp/liter. On the other hand, some Honda engines make 100 hp/liter, as in DelSol VTEC. As an engineering student, I admire the technological breakthrough, not a big displcement. That was the best hp/liter ratio until Ferrari, which was intimidated by NSX alot, unvailed new F355 with 109 hp/liter. You are saying the same thing with 3000cc Accent. What matters to me is not a mear power, but the way the power is produced, the way thermodynamics is utilized. Still nothing matches NSX. Well, F355 is better in terms of performance, but at much, much higher price. Acura NSX...simply the BEST... |
