As a part of the police report, you have to submit a Background Check Form (Sinwon Hwakin Johoe). How do you get it? I asked my parents to get one for me from the local police station (I am in the U.S.). The police would not issue it to my folks. They said that it is not to be issued to individuals. But the Canadian Consulate insists on having the form. How do you guys do with the matter? Thank you in advamce for your help. |
