You really wanna test my patience, don't you? There is nothing wrong with asking for service in french at any of the canadian government agency. Canada is a bilingual country. French happens to be one of the official language in Canada. It is the right of francophone to be served in french. And if I'm not getting anywhere with idiots, I might as well get someone else. I know the gov't policy and I just used it to my advantage. Don't be an idiot. You're the one who clearly shows that lack the common sense. It was little humourous on my part as well. It is _MY_ contry's government agency, and I expect to be served. Why should I expect any less? It is my right to expect the same level of service I get in Canada. Should the embassy in Seoul be any different? If the embassy can't hire competent people in their office, why should I be inconvenienced because of these incompetent people? I pay my share of the tax in Canada, and I _expect_ to be served, as it is my right. And if I can't be served in English in Montreal in federal agency, I'll file complaint. Vice versa in Edmonton of French service, not avail. Why should it be any different just because it's outside of Canada? It is your kinda mentality that has made the arrogant fools fill the offices in Seoul. This really needs to be stopped. This isn't helping upholding the reputation of Canada at all. And I have no problem cursing in many languages. May it be Italian, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, I have mouthful words I can curse with. FYI, I rarely get into arguments in Canada. And I have no problem expressing myself in Korean, English, Canadian, American, Californian, C, C++, and SQL. And unlike what you portray myself to be, I do not get excited and lose my cools so easily. I am a very mature individual who likes to have fun once in a while. Don't be a moron. This is from my own experience. At customs, this is what I do get cleared without much hassle. 세관 직원: 두유 스픽 코리언? me: Na Hangook Mar Jar Mo hae. *도장* *도장* And I walk out the door. And when I had problem with my luggage in Seoul, I got no where speaking Korean. They just didn't care. I got mad, called up the same person, but this time I used English. I was transferred to very nice gentlemen who resolved my problem right away. Get it? If you want service in Korea, speak English. You don't know the full story. And you're judging. And who are you to judge the situation? You don't even know half the story. And if I'm writing a 3rd class novel. That makes you 3rd class reader, no? I'm here to discuss, not argue. And it is clear that you just wanna have a petty argument. My time can be spent better else where. And by filing a formal complaint, I don't expect them to be fired. Last time I filed it, I was told they were reprimanded. I expect, more of these complaints pile up on the desk of the ambassador, he'll actually take further steps. eg. Making them take some sort of customer service skills, "how to serve better, friendly, and courteously" training. Gov't does not fire their employees too easily. Had it been a corporation, they'd definitely been fired. If such thing happened in my company, I'd personally see to it that the person is reprimanded, and if the attitude does not let up, I'll see that they are fired as the last resort. Puahahahaha. You make me laugh. And it makes you a better person because you live in Montreal? Muahahahahahaha. I've never seen a bigger bigot than you. You live in Montreal, and you can't speak French? Do you have some kinda inferiority complex? :) Can't brag nothing about yourself other than, you live in Montreal? (Which I don't consider as any bragging right.) And thanks for the laugh. :) Forrest Gump had brain retardation. At least his ramblings were funny and interesting and had insights, but you're just hilariously funny. |
