They have lists of options which individual can buy. Though i am sure it is cheaper you buy through school as a group plan. Also insurance in the states is great! More your clinical fees you pay less. For example, the cost of giving birth is almost same with the cost of flu shot. Insurance company asks you to pay the minimum fee(usually $10) everytime you go to the clinician or the pharmacy unless your one time operation fee is above the maximum coverage.
