Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (Samsung AIT), Kiheung, Yongin, Korea JOB DESCRIPTION: - Develop innovative solutions to a wide variety of speech coding. Projects may include fundamental research and implementations for real-world problems (e.g., DSP implementations). - Participate in the speech coding standardization activities such as the international telecommunication union (ITU). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE/SKILLS): - Qualified candidates will typically have an MS degree with 2-4 years relevant work experience or a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Expertise and experience in speech/audio coding or digital signal processing (speech processing). Experience in solving real-world DSP problems is a plus. - A male candidate should be free from military service or should have his own T/O for the exemption from military service.
