I downloaded hanterm (version 3.0.2) from cair.kaist.ac.kr and read README file...... There is a way of installing hanterm in user directory, not system directory... All I remember is that I followed steps of installation and it works. The problems I had got when installing was only quota error. hanterm is kind of big for my limited disk space. I don't know what kind problem you have, so all I can say is read README carefully.
