I am not familiar to any kind of differential equations, in fact. I'd like to know if there's any references dealing with such a problem. The equation I'm looking at is; (round)V / (round)t + D* (round)V / (round)x = M*V , V(x,0) = f(x), V(x,infinity) = g(x) ,where V=V(x,t) is a vector and D and M are constant matrix. The difficult part of this problem is that initial value function is arbitrary, while final value function g(x) is quite simple as it is a stationary solution of the above partial D.E.
