My Hangeul emulator doesn't work nowadays so I have no way to write in Korean. By the way, I guess you could apply for EE dept. But for detail you might be better to send e-mail to goodrich@ee.stanford.edu. I think you would have more requsites. One more thing is Qualifying Exam. Stanford EE's qual is very tough. For this you have to cover at least two area like, Computer Architecture, Electromagnetics, Information System, Solid State Physics, something like that.
