That may be oversimplification or over-generalization, but I've seen many similar cases. It's more reasonable to think that both korean MEN and WOMEN do not have proper manners in western standard. While it's a good thing to show good manners to others, no matter whether it's traditional or Anglo-European custom, it's not fair to blame korean males for not being what they are not. If I blame korean females for not being what they are not, I'll be instantly branded as a sexist in KIDS...:) OK, it was not so serious a subject, so let's not get too serious.
