But I'll answer it anyway. ===== you are confusing with the total number of configuration as in the sample space with the total number of 'possible' configuration with respect to spatio-temporal space. there will be repeatition over and over again but you have to count them differently because in go the objective is "how much you take out opponent's stone". so even if there are repeatition of the go board, they will probably have different number of captured stones. it's called a temporal thinking. :) |
