NON-sense! you are exerting force onto the spring while it somehow melts away. because there is no reaction from the spring when it breaks down, your hand will have kinetic energy. example. you push a car which is stoped on a road. suddenly the car run away. then what happen? you get momentum. you should have asked this question differently as a closed system. then all the potential energy converts to heat energy. .... kiki... |
