Your condition means nothing because very narrowly defined series of unlikely events would not happen anyway, plus what you suggested would be the only possible outcome if that series of unlikely events all happen sequentially as you specified. You have double protective logic layers that would prevent you from losing. What's the point? Where's the risk in your bet? Here's more realistic proposition (for one thing, I don't have a million dollars). I'll bet one grand that this situation will be resolved in a peaceful manner. What I read from your posts, you think otherwise. Are you still up for the challenge? Nuclear strike on Korean peninsular will be disastrous in every possible way. Not only for us but for US too (pun intended). It's a political suicide. It's an economic disaster worldwide. It's an environmental nightmare. And there is nothing to gain for the US, the GOP, Bush administration, neo-con, nobody. Because they know NK will not be able to launch any kind of attack. They package NK as a worthy opponent for political reason, but they themselves know it's not true. As I said preemptive air strike is a remote possibility but I doubt it (since the approval rating for Iraq war is all-time low now). Nuclear attack is simply out of question. Nuclear export to Al Qaeda? They simply can't ship the weapon (I mean NK). Do you think FedEx will deliver the A-bomb to Afganistan or wherever? Get real. No sea route, no land route (both China and Russia oppose NK nuclear weapon), no air transportaion. How can it be exported? Now let me know if you'll take the bet. Peaceful resolution or not.
