Everyday, I get up early( usually 7:00 am.. sometimes 5:30 am..)and eat three meals very regularly. The semester began on July 22. I'll have a non-teaching period (for one week) at the end of September and the final exams will begin on Novemver 4. Lectures and Practical works (experiments) are not difficult. I always finish my experiment very quikly. I'm taking 2 Chemistry subjects ( which include their experiment hours )and one ELS subject, Spoken Communication Skill. The ELS course is verygood. We make transcripts of videos and practice them. Then take our own videos. I'm now learning swimming and modern dance. I enrolled the short course at the university. Last Monday, I would have drowned during swimming class. The instructor told me to feel confident, but I cannot. Modern dance classes are also very good. Moreover, I have English tutorial and Japanese tutorial at my College,International House. My Enlish tutor is beautiful and kind. She is doing her graduate study at Melbourne Uni. I and other 4 Japanese guys are participating in the tutorial. We read articles(of newspaper)and discuss them. I learned how to compliment a "man". :P Moreover, I learned an expression, "pick up line" ... :P I had several parties here. We had " French National Night" and "Cinderella Night" at my college. They were very interesting and fantastic! Australian students seem to know how to enjoy their life. I'm the only Korean student of IH.(my college) I haven't met any Korean student in Melbourne. I made many friends here including a professor of the Faculty of Earth Science. I, the professor, and other Chinese graduate student from Beijing meet and have a talk together once a week. They are all very kind. Sometimes I'm surprised at my endless appetite. I seem to be able to eat everything! I became to like Australian food. Moreover, I eat a lot of fruits, tartelets( I really like them ) and pizza everyday. I'm concerned about gaining my weight. :P Today is very beautiful and lovely. I'd rather go out than study. However, I have to make a preparation for my presention about "Stoke Market"(!). I also have to finish my Experement report. :( I hope everybody has a nice weekend. %% Please write to me once in a while and let me know how you are.
