First of all, I think you guys can stay in campus just in case you have any friends in Postech,who can provide a couple of room, otherwise you can't. That means you guys should rent a room from Motel around the campus, because I don't think you have anyone here. It is about 15,000 won a night for two. If you are going to visit Kyong-ju, I recommend you guys to visit Seokgulam where is 30 min. away from downtown Kyoung-ju and one and a half hours from Pohang by Bus. Once you get there, you can visit Bulkuksa which is very closed to there, takes 40 min though a walking way , 10 min by car, If you guys have a car , that will be great. and Kyoung-ju national meusium is recommendable as well. You will be arrived here during the Hyung-san festival in Postech, which will take place in Postech. You may have lots of funny then. Let's talk about money. Bus fee from seoul to Pohang is around 15000 won each of you, 20000 won by train, and 29000 won by plane. You guys can use a cafeteria here for saving momey. 1000 won will be charged each meal. Outside of campus It will be jumped up to 3000 won a meal.(It is crazy) If you guys get here by bus, you should take a bus to Postch in the same side of walking side when you get to Bus terminal. (No. 102 or 300) and get off just before the final bus stop. You may know where is where. It will take about 20-30 min in a normal traffic condition. and just walk up along the road, and you will find the sign which indicates direction.
