On the way, he froze and fell to the ground. While he was lying there, a cow came by and shit on him. So, he was lying under a pile of manure, but he was warm because of the heat from the manure. So, now that he is warm and happy he starts singing. A hungry cat comes by having heard the sparrow sing, takes the manure off the sparrow and eats him. The morale of the story is that not everybody that shits on you is your enemy, and not everybody who takes you out of shit is your friend. And if you are warm and happy, no matter where you are, you should keep your mouth shut. |
