One is PeterPan, and the other is Grayhound. Most people recommend PeterPan because it's relatively cleaner and safer than Grayhound. Round trip fare is about $50~60, as far as I remember, and it takes about 4 hours without traffic. -- at most 4-1/2 hours. So go to Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42nd St. between 8th/9th Ave. and look for PeterPan to Boston. Keep in mind that it's not going to be a very smart idea to go there at night. By the way, you can take a shuttle bus from JFK which goes to Grand Central Station and Penn Station (or maybe even Port Authority!) for $7 ~$10. Takes about 45~50 minutes to Penn Station (or Port Authority) but it's definitely worth it than taking subway. -- and if you want to pay for a taxi that's fine, too. Probably about $25~30. Also, just for your information, if you make a reservation for Delta Airline before Wednesday every week, you can fly from JFK to Logan Int'l Airport(Boston) for $60 --one-way fare--on the following Saturday/Sunday. |
