With Ethernet card, you can't use Dokkabi Hangul Card. But other hangul emulator can help you use hangul. I am using "hsh.com" with Hercules Card and "hsv.com" with VGA card. If you have VGA card, you can also use "dansi.com". And, I use "hantel" instead of "IYAGI" or "Kermit". It enables me to access KIDS and use Hangul.
