Yesterday, I received a call from presi. of grad. student association at my school(Yale Univ.) and he told me that he was looking for a Korean student from my alma mata who's supposed to arrive at Yale early this month(February). The name of that student is Heo,Nan-Ock(or Heo,Nan-wook) and (s)he seems to be a biology major because the hosting dept. for her(him) is MB&B(Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry). There's a possibility that (s)he is a chemistry(even physics) student and that's part of the reason I'm posting this after asking two biology students in the US. (S)he has not reported to the department or the foreign student office at Yale and her(his) parents does not know whereabout of hers(his). They asked for help of the Korean consular office in New York. Please, send me any information you have about her(him) (e.g. which class does (s)he belong to? 86,87,88,or 89, anything you've heard of her(him) ) and ask bio./chem students you know about her(him).
